The primary centre of the boarding house is composed of a villa with a dining hall and several stylish social rooms from the first half of the 20th century. The total capacity of the villa consists of 43 beds in 17 rooms. The rooms vary from either single, or double to three or four beds in every room, each of which includes sanitary facilities. Four of the rooms are obstacle free for handicapped guests, and each room is equipped with a spacious bathroom and accessories for clients on wheelchairs. The social rooms are ideal for informal mutual conversations and dining, and pleasant relaxation. In addition, there is another common room with a television, a library for the enjoyable reading of borrowed books, a patio with lounge chairs, a winter garden and children´s corner for the youngest guests.

Cabin Lodge
This facility provides accommodation for 26 guests in 2, 3 or 6-bed rooms. It is especially suitable for families with children and smaller groups. The prices of accommodation vary and depend on the different types of provided room facilities in the main building and the cabin lodge.

Summer Pavilion
This facility has a capacity of 28 beds and serves primarily for youth camp vacations, lodging for school excursions, and families with children who are content with lesser comfort. This pavilion also serves as an indoor club house where guests can spend their leisure time playing table-tennis or electronic darts.

Skittle Alley
This is an additional part of the complex which facilitates accommodation for 26 individuals during the summer season and has its own social facilities primarily suitable for younger groups.

Chapel
This enticing liturgical chapel has a capacity of 80 seats. Aside from religious rites, it is suitable for chamber concerts due to its excellent acoustics. The basement area in the chapel for 50 individuals can serve either for educational or for various types of physical fitness training.

Rooms equipment
Each rooms has its own sanitary facility with a shower, four of the rooms have a bathroom which is obstacle free for handicapped guests and another common bathroom is for the disposal to the rest of the rooms. Portable TV- sets can be borrowed to a room by request. TV-sets usually are not placed in rooms permanently with regard to the prevailing character of our clients.
